Process Serving
We offer a local, national and international process serving service. The fact we have been serving papers for the same clients since 1999 is testimony to the quality of the service we offer. On a daily basis we serve a wide range of legal documents on behalf of Solicitors, Local Authorities, Government Agencies, Companies as well as Private Individuals. We accept legally aided cases and are happy to accept instructions from clients outside of the Ireland and UK and preparation of affidavits and certificates is included in price. We usually attempt a service within 24 hours of being instructed. Within our fixed fee structure we can include two more follow up visits, which help us to deliver a positive success rate. We can offer same day collection of documents from your offices if required.
If you have a legal document that need to be served anywhere then one of our experienced Process Servers can do this for you. We will carry out your instructions quickly and above all professionally. We normally work to a fixed fee and will make a number of visits to the address including out of hours.
If the documents need to be served overseas, we are fully equipped to get the job done. Any country which is a member of the Members Hague Convention will have reciprocal arrangements in place to allow the documents to be served. We are aware of and always work within these rules and requirements.
